Usage Instructions

Attach the pedometer to your belt, waistband, or place it in your pocket or bag.
Press and hold the "Set" button to enter the settings mode.
Adjust the time, stride length, and weight settings using the "Mode" and "Set" buttons.
Begin walking; the device will automatically start counting your steps after a few seconds of continuous movement.
Press the "Mode" button to cycle through step count, distance, and time displays.
Review your daily activity data and reset the step count manually if needed.

Note: The device automatically resets the step count at midnight each day.
